This Kinder Joy spot was built entirely around the surprise, the little moment of joy when the toy is revealed, which means everything lives or dies on timing, color, and a light touch. Working with a tight crew and great production design, the job was to keep it fun without ever feeling forced.
Making something feel effortless is the hardest work there is.
